What kind of yoga is good for weight loss and toning?

I recently lost a lot of weight. I do an hour of cardio a day and some wights for toning as instructed by a trainer at my gym. I also want to know how many days a week I should go. I am looking for something that will have great results since I am at a plateau for my weight...
