Weight-Loss ?

I want to lose about 8-10 kilos..
How long would it take me to lose this weight? Currently i weigh 136 lbs,
What is the best diet plan & fitness regime,
What foods should i avoid or cut out of my diet,
If you have dieted succesfully could you please tell me what you ate and how you kept yourself motivated.

    honey if you weight that much you are just fine I’m so sick of society putting it in girls head they need to be thin to fit in your perfect just the way you are if you loose weight your going to look sick and that aint cute like my grandmother always said don’t nothing like bones but a dog be proud of who you are and what you look like
